L'Annexe

The annex, this former stable was completely renovated in 2018 in a warm cottage with unique design with a capacity of 2 to 8 people. Furnished in loft style, it has all the equipment to make it a luxury and comfortable cottage while remaining very friendly. Eco-friendly materials have been the focus of attention, original stone and clay walls, OSB and Ardennes fir floors, wooden pallet furniture, recycled wood kitchen and natural stone.

The cottage is located in the charming village of Halleux at +/- 6 km from the center of La Roche en Ardennes. Less than 15 minutes from Durbuy, the Baraque de Fraiture, Houffalize, Bastogne and the Ourthe. At 390 m above sea level, it is the starting point for a multitude of walks in the woods, 5 km from the cross-country skiing trails at 530 m altitude and 20 minutes from the ski slopes. from Lierneux. 

You enjoy a beautiful garden facing south, and a terrace with garden furniture for 8 people and a barbecue. On the side of the cottage a professional petanque run with a garden seating area. On the first floor overlooking the valley and the church, a large open space with lounge and wood burning stove, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. For larger groups, there is also possibility to book the barn, with a total capacity of two cottages of 25 people.
